Much is said in this Website concerning the Beast with 7 Heads and 10 Horns.  The 10 horns are ten kings who rule for one hour or 7 years during the Tribulation, according to the Book of Revelation.  This Beast (The Antichrist and his system) has ten kings ruling within it.  The United Nations (The Beast System), divided the world into ten regions.  I believe these 10 regions, will have ten kings during the time of the Tribulation.
